Ninnindale

This time, I am taking the opportunity to sing a very beautiful Kannada song, "Ninnindale" from the film Milana. The film Milana was a huge hit in Karnataka. The performance of Puneet Rajkumar in the film was highly appreciated and when combined with the support of Parvathy and Pooja Ganthi, Prakash, the Director of the film could give a feast for the folks.Milana is the first film that Puneet Rajkumar launched after Dr. Rajkumar's death on April 12th, 2006. Major portions of the film have been shot in outdoor spots of Bangalore and a village mansion near Hebbal.
Team trio of Mano Murthy - Jayanth Kaikini and Sonu Nigam has given birth to this song. Mano Murthy's songs are very beautiful. I can say that I started listening to Kannada songs just because of His music. All his songs, whether from Mungaru Male, Cheluvina Chithara, Amruthavarshini, Ee Bandhana, will have a melody factor in that. I love this song very much, and I was hesitant to sing this song. I tried 3 times, but i was not happy with the way I rendered the song. I think this one has come some what good, it won't come any where near the original song though.
I would like to thank my colleagues Swarna and Aswin for spending time with me and helping me understand the meaning of the song, and for correcting my mistakes.
I have tried to show justice to this beautiful song, please hear this and correct me.
If you are getting the "Voice of Bangalore" anywhere in the background, please ignore it, "Swalpa Adjust Maadi" ;-). My sincere apologies to my Kannadiga friends for any pronounciation mistakes.

Lyrics : Jayanth Kaikini
Music: Mano Murthy
Singer: Sonu Nigam
Blog Singer: Arun G S

Thanks a lot friends :-)

@Rao Shama - So does it mean that you didn't like my voice ?? :D was just kidding. Thanks a lot yar. I am very particular that I have to know the meaning before i sing a song. I think that helped me a lot in bringing the feel. Thanks a billion to my buddies Swarna and Aswin. :)

@Sri - I don't know whether there is some song like this in Malayalam yar, but this song is exceptionally good and the Music director Mano Murthy is simply superb. He is making use of Sonu Nigam's voice in a great way. :)

@Pramod - Thanks buddy :-). Mayaa Manchalil is an amazing song yar. I'll try to get the karaoke of the song, and will sing. :-)

Thanks Harshan :-).
Sonu Nigam is very much into Kannada songs now, I think he was introduced by Mano Murthi himself. He is too good in singing Romantic songs, you know and hence he is a huge hit in Kannada...

I was also thinking about a Tamil song, not yet decided which one though :-)

Very nice.

I should say you are one of the best singers I have heard on the blogosphere.
You will sound even better if you could invest in some quality recording hardware.

Keep it up.
